Webinar Recording Available: Mandating Staff Vaccinations - Practical Considerations

Recording Available - see the link, below

Organisations are grappling with whether and how to implement mandates on employee vaccinations; liability for any risks to health and safety in the workplace; reluctance for their staff to return to work; record-keeping with respect to vaccination statuses, consent and privacy; and ever-changing laws and regulations that can vary not only from state to state but also from month to month.

The legal advice around employers’ rights to mandate staff vaccinations – and round the rights, including privacy rights, of staff – continues to develop.

But apart from the legal position, what about the practicalities?

  • Balancing the need to retain staff and your desired level of workplace safety
  • Balancing the desirability of reviving the collegiate atmosphere of the office with the benefits to staff of WFH
  • Balancing the business’ need for flexibility with the needs workers have for flexibility
  • Charting a course from the brave, old world to the not always so brave new one

In approaching these issues you will need to consider your risk appetite. Have you determined your risk appetite in these areas?

In this webinar discussion GRC Solutions’ Head of Content, Adrian Phoon, interviewed Aimee Barclay, Director – Legal, Adprim Solutions and discussed these and other practical considerations around mandating – or not – vaccinations for staff.
